Returns & Exchange Policy


What is your return policy?

You have 5 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

We accept returns on item(s) in new condition unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations for a full refund. All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging  and folded properly. 

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange. 

If you send back an item marked Final Sale we will not process this return, once it is received to our warehouse it will be automatically shipped back to you. 

What if my return is past the 5 days?

Any returns postmarked more than 5 days from the delivery date are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

Does my store credit from my return expire? 

Yes, store credit will be issued after we receive the item(S) by generating a special custom code. The store credit has an expiration date of 1 year from issues date.

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

We do offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) then we will send you the exchanged item.

When will i get my refund?

 Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only refund the refund back to the same original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email.

 

How do I return my order from within the U.S.?  

For all U.S. orders we offer free pre-paid shipping label to make it easy! If you did not receive a label or you misplaced it please contact us at

Haya.K@shopHaya.com and we will email you a new one.

 

How do i return outside of the U.S.?

 We currently do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for orders placed outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. All duties, taxes and shipping paid in non-refundable.
